Blues and Snow

The annual January Shutdown (for a break and shop maintenance) is over and it is back to the normal weekly schedule here. But it is a bit quieter than during the holiday season. All the hype is over. The Stocking Stuffer exhibit has been taken down from the gallery. The walls are bare.

There aren’t as many people about. On a day like today in particular with fresh snow on the ground and more coming, the back roads, covered in white stuff, are bit more difficult to navigate. The parking lot out front is almost empty. Even if it is a Saturday!

Put on some Blues. Loud. While the snow blows and the Blues drowns out the rest of the world. Cocooned in sound, music and snow.
